My guys really love our trips to The Melting Pot but it's pretty expensive so we save it for really special occasions. Tonight, I decided... hey, let's fondue! So we did and you know what? It cost A LOT less and it was really fun and delicious. One of the best things about this kitchen has been having enough storage for things we had packed away and forgotten about, including some really good cookbooks! This one was a Cheese fondue - Gruyere and Caramelized Onion every bit as good as anything we've eaten at the restaurant. Makes me wanna dig back into a little food photography this fall too! What a great day.
